The spring edition of the University of Phoenix’s Journal of Leadership Studies explores leadership roles and opportunities on a variety of topics related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).

The Journal of Leadership Studies is a quarterly academic research publication published by Wiley® on behalf of the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies that provides the opportunity for scholars such as PhD students, faculty members, and practitioners to publish their research. The journal synthesizes theory with the practical experience of seasoned executives. It helps position high quality academic scholarship so it can influence the organization’s decision making.

In addition to editorials, the issue also features articles for a symposium on leadership in topics related to DEIB in the areas of education, health care, non-profit bodies and employees.
