Two Phoenix girls, both under 10, were found dead Wednesday night – and police say their mother is the suspect. Authorities received an 911 call Wednesday from a man who said his children were dead in their home, KSAZ reported. When police arrived, they found the children – two sisters, ages 4 and 9 – dead and apparently harmless near their mother, who appeared to have multiple self-inflicted stab wounds. Police first identified the suspect as an “adult woman” before confirming it was the mother. Sgt.
