PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man is dead after an accident involving multiple vehicles in West Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon. According to the Phoenix Fire Department, the crews responded to reports of a wreck with three vehicles on 38th Drive and on Indian School Road were involved Before 2pm, fire officials said three vehicles “violently collided”, seriously injuring three people. A man also died on the scene. Paramedics took the other three men to the hospital. All were in critical condition, say firefighters.
