PHOENIX – A Silver Alert has been canceled for a missing Phoenix area man with cognitive disorder. Authorities said Robert Charles Coffman, 78, was found safely Tuesday afternoon. He was last seen on Monday in a fast food restaurant near Cactus Road and Tatum Boulevard. He has a state that can make him appear confused. He wore a brown plaid long-sleeved shirt, a white undershirt and khaki pants. Coffman is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has white hair and green eyes.
