PHOENIX – A popular restaurateur from Phoenix combines a new concept with a little review at the second location of his Pizza Venture opening next year. Sam Fox plans to launch another Fly Bye on the Desert Ridge Marketplace by summer 2022. The menu continues to focus on square pan pizza, chicken wings and tender and dipping sauces. “Our goal in developing Fly Bye was to deliver a fast, easy and fun experience with delicious comfort food that the whole family can enjoy,” said Fox, who oversees Fox Restaurant Concepts, in a press release earlier this week. “I hope North Phoenix loves it as much as we do.” Salads and mozzarella sticks are the other dining options. The new location, like the other location, will also offer online ordering, roadside collection and contactless delivery. The first Fly Bye opened on Seventh Street near Bethany Home Road in Phoenix in December 2020 and is open every day from 3pm to 9pm and wraps around in Tempe. The Cheesecake Factory bought Fox Restaurant Concepts in 2019, valued at nearly $ 500 million. The restaurants of Fox, founded in Phoenix, included Culinary Dropout, The Henry, Zinburger, Olive & Ivy, Doughbird and North Italia. As part of the package, Fox stayed at the helm of the company.
