PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A woman from Phoenix was arrested for allegedly shooting her upstairs neighbor several times, leaving her critically injured and possibly paralyzed, police said. Lashawn Henderson, 44, is charged with aggravated assault and burglary.
