PHOENIX – Join the churches of the Phoenix area in the fight to stop hunger both globally and locally by walking next to Tone’s Cones in the village of Phoenix on this year’s CROP Walk on Saturday October 9th. People can walk the Golden Mile, renamed the Gordon Mile in memory of Gordan Tappan, or the full 3.5 miles. If people can’t walk, consider sponsoring a hiker with a donation. People can also take a virtual walk. A percentage of the funds will go to the Phoenix Area Food Pantry. As an Amazon partner, I earn from qualified purchases.
