PHOENIX – A Phoenix-based catering company that has been providing corporate event, wedding, and other gathering services for more than two decades, recently announced the launch of a food delivery service. Fabulous Food’s new service emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic after major events were suspended due to the virus. “We found that while we weren’t able to help hold big events for our customers during this time, they still wanted to enjoy our food, so we found a solution,” said Chantal home, who together with her husband owns Fabulous Food , in a press release. The company served customers with individually packaged meals for employees and full holiday meals for families on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. People can choose from a variety of options on the website and have them delivered across the Valley without the use of third-party vendors, according to the press release. Meals, which are delivered Monday for orders made in the previous week, are ready-cooked and can be consumed within five days, but can also be frozen for up to two weeks, according to the website. The company also offers vegan and vegetarian options. Home added in the press release that while Fabulous Food is a full-service catering company with a restaurant that has closed due to COVID-19, it has retained most of its key employees.
