PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – The food scene around the Valley continues to grow and is now expanding the burgeoning plant-based culinary community with the very first Phoenix Vegan Restaurant Week, which opens on Sunday! FULL SECTION: Arizona’s Family Foodie Chef Jason Wyrick of Casa Terra in Glendale and Jozh Watson of Phoenix Vegan have teamed up to launch the plant-based initiative that will work similarly (if unrelated) to Fall Arizona Restaurant Week. The weeklong event, which celebrates everything vegan in the Valley on Sunday September 12th, will run through September 18th and will include full service restaurants, fast casual restaurants, bakeries, cafes, food trucks, food delivery services and include more. During the Phoenix Vegan Restaurant Week, restaurants and food providers are offering exclusive multi-course menus at a fixed price. Breakfast offerings are capped at $ 20 an appetizer and drink, lunch includes an appetizer, appetizer, and drink capped at $ 20, and a three-course dinner is available for $ 33.
