The mother asks for help while the search for her son’s killer continues. Brandon Diggs, 35, was found shot dead in Phoenix in March 2021 and no arrests have been made in the case since then. Now Diggs’ mother is asking people with information for help. Matt Galka from FOX 10 reports. PHOENIX – A mother begs for answers and public help in finding the person who killed her son. Relatives: Family, Police keep searching for the Phoenix man’s killer, almost 2 months later Brandon Diggs, 35, was found shot dead in Phoenix and no arrests were made on the case. The victim was killed in March 2021, police officers say around 6:30 p.m. on March 8. Officials responded to reports of a shooting in the Jefferson area and 15th Street. There they found Diggs with gunshot wounds, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Digg’s body was reportedly found on a parking table under the pavilions in Eastlake Park. “He only came to the park because he had cooked the day before and he was bringing two containers of spaghetti to someone he knew was homeless and who he would see in this area,” said the victim’s mother, Doris Diggs, April 2021. Diggs kept bringing food to those in the park because he loved his community. Mother asks again for help “I play this day over and over again in my mind. When my son left,” said Doris. “It didn’t just break our family. It broke a community. His family, his friends. ”“ Every time we ask the public for help. We need more. We need more, ”said James Rothschild of Silent Witness. A mother’s pain for her son, as well as the heartbreaking reality of Diggs’ children growing up without a father, made Doris wonder, “Where’s the help?” “People spend so much time with Black Lives Matter, and they spend so much time beating up the police for whatever reason. They didn’t do their part, they didn’t do their part, but you? “Don’t help them. How can they do their part if you don’t help them?
