The Arizona Public Service and the City of Phoenix are bringing back the APS Electric Light Parade this year after the 30-year-old event paused in 2020 – Midtown Phoenix filled the Christmas spirit. The participants will share their interpretations of the 2021 theme “Peace on Earth” on Schulstrasse.
