Danielle McMahon, director of Food Services for the Society of St. Vincent De Paul, said it was amazing that groups like H3 are donating school supplies just before the start of the new school year. “Last year was a difficult time for many families, so it’s fantastic to see groups like H3 donate school supplies,” said McMahon. “H3 helped donate 600 backpacks full of school supplies.” H3 is an Arizona business and nonprofit organization committed to creating an environment of generosity that produces thoughtful leaders who focus on community first. The organization was led by Dave Kotter. founded who owns the commercial credit agency Integrity Capital LLC of Scottsdale. Kotter said he founded H3 to build a large network of influential community leaders who wanted to get involved and make a difference in their community. The St. Vincent backpacking trip is one way H3 members can get involved and help their community. “The vision of H3 is to create a community that helps other people first,” said Kotter. “One of the ways we do this is by working with a great organization like St. Vincent De Paul. We are committed to their mission and plan to work with them every year. ”St. Vincent De Paul Development Officer and H3 Member Hannah Sanders said the best thing about providing families with school supplies is seeing that it makes a significant difference to help young people who, through no fault of their own, don’t have these supplies, “said Sanders.” We’re helping these children in real time by giving them the tools they need to learn. ” that the original goal of $ 40,000 was too high, but they were happy when they achieved their goal in two months when they proved otherwise “We are so proud of the members of this group and the community around us” “said Kotter.” I think the work we have done here will have a profound impact on a lot of children and hopefully some families will take the stress out of it by making sure they will not have to worry about school supplies. ”Web site at www.h3phoenix.com, where you can learn how to engage and work with community leaders through discussions, lectures, and volunteer opportunities.
