Wednesday August 18, 2021 Christopher Collins, the chef / owner of Valley-based Common Ground Culinary, is opening two new concepts this fall at The Colony in Uptown Phoenix – Neighborly Public House and St. Urban. The space: The two-story building in the mixed-use development from the 1950s on Seventh Street, between Camelback and Bethany Home, used to house Stock & Stable on the first floor and Honor Amongst Thieves on the upper floor. The food: The neighboring public house offers seafood, cuts of meat and vegetable dishes. St. Urban will be a modern French brasserie with a selection of small bites. Other CGC concepts: Grassroots Kitchen & Tap, Twisted Grove Parlor & Bar, Wallys American Gastropub, Sweet Provisions, The Collins Small Batch Kitchen, and The Macintosh.
