Lots of people who did gigs during the pandemic and are now focused on determining what they want to do in the long term and aligning with their values, ”said Laura Whitehead of Arizona @ Work. Whitehead says the industries here in the Valley are among the fastest growing companies in healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and financial services. Whitehead said when COVID-19 hit, people’s job expectations had changed across the board. “Some people want medical services.
