PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A popular Phoenix restaurant that has closed its original location after 31 years has announced the opening date for its new location. Community favorite Chino Bandido has decided to move from its original location near 19th Avenue and Greenway Road to 3rd Avenue and Bell Road. Chino Bandido owner Eve Collins announced Tuesday that her new location will open on Thursday July 8th, open daily from 11am to 9pm. It will feature an expanded kitchen in which the restaurants will have handcrafted dishes from scratch like Jerk Chicken, Jade Red Chicken, Black Beans, Refried Beans, Jerk Fried Beans, White Rice and of course Snickerdoodles. One of the things Chino is known for was seen at Diners, Drive-In’s & Dives in 2011.
