PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – While the concept is relatively new, plant-based foods are springing up in grocery stores and restaurants around the world. A global manufacturer, Impossible Foods, has just opened a “shop” to sell its alternative foods across the Phoenix area on select grocery delivery platforms. The Impossible Shop has joined several apps including DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, and Grubhub to distribute its first Impossible delivery-only restaurant concept. The Impossible Shop is operated from four Dog Haus locations in Arizona. Dog Haus was one of the first restaurants to include the Impossible Burger on its permanent menu. The Impossible Shop’s menu has several tasty items, including the Shop Burger (you can double it up and order two patties), the Chili Cheese Shop Burger (a burger poured with Impossible chili and cheese), the Impossible Pat-B Melt ( a burger patty with cola-caramelized onions, a plant-based cheese sauce and dill pickles on a grilled sourdough), Impossible Nuggets (made from plants AND served with a delicious sticky sesame sauce) and an Impossible Breakfast Sausage Burrito. For the full menu, click here. Every menu item ordered is prepared in one of the four Dog Haus kitchens. The Dog Haus locations are below: Phoenix Location – 1 E.
