Elvis Costello goes back to town. Andy Gott’s time to put another big concert date on his calendar: Elvis Costello is returning to Phoenix. Costello and his band The Imposters are bringing their show “Hello Again” to the Arizona Federal Theater in downtown Phoenix on Wednesday November 10th as part of a nationwide tour. He hasn’t performed with a full band in the Valley since 2008 when he performed for The Police. The Imposters are Steve Nieve, piano and organ; Drummer, Pete Thomas; and bass player and vocalist Davey Faragher. I Support Local Community Journalism Support the independent voice of Phoenix and help keep the future of the New Times free. A press release on the show promises the “first stage appearances of songs from the future, as the band can travel time in all directions”.
