July 9, 2021 3:00 p.m. By Eric Jay Toll for the PHX Newsroom Small businesses have the chance to be part of a team that proposes converting the fire station into a restaurant. Developers and restaurateurs are encouraged to turn to small businesses for goods, services, groceries, equipment, furniture, and more. To make it easy for small businesses to introduce themselves to proposing teams, Phoenix is hosting the FastPITCH Firehouse. This unique opportunity puts small businesses in the spotlight to quickly present in front of an audience of teams proposing proposals simultaneously. Then the development teams have the opportunity to discuss the potential of small businesses to link their suggestions to the city to create the next restaurant hotspot in Phoenix.
