Three men get out of the SUV in Phoenix after leading the DPS in the high-speed chase on I-10 that began in Marana. Pinal County sheriff officials say their alternates were able to use stopping sticks on the SUV near Florence Boulevard at mile post 195. The SUV continued west on Interstate 10 and drove onto State Route 143. The driver then got off the freeway on University Drive. Sparks came from the front tire.
