- The city of Phoenix took off a new mobile app Tuesday, when users can request city services, report problems and pay their bills, all in the same place. The app allows users to report things like failed street lights, potholes and broken water pipes. The app, named myPHX311, is available for Apple and Android systems. (Phoenix patch)
